We understand plans change. Our transparent cancellation and entitlement restoration policies protect your benefits.

1. Tour Booking Cancellation

• 7+ Days Prior to Departure: Free cancellation. Your annual membership tour entitlement is restored to AVAILABLE status.
• Less than 7 Days: Entitlement is consumed due to hotel and vehicle lock-in reservations.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Gold and Platinum members enjoy flexible rescheduling up to 7 days before departure without cancellation penalties.

3. Membership Cancellation

Membership fees are non-refundable once an annual tour entitlement has been utilized or after 7 days from purchase.
